Hi! I'm Racquel
I believe that business ownership is one of the best ways for women to achieve not just financial independence, but also flexibility, purpose, impact and a better work/life balance overall.
I'm an entrepreneur too, so that isn't just more fluff! After escaping my corporate overlords (and finally letting go of a successful corporate marketing career!), I decided to use my strategic marketing and business experience to help other women
escape the corporate rat race.
I published my first award-winning and best selling book, Marketing Launchpad, in 2023, which was the result of the systems and processes I used with my marketing coaching and consultancy clients over many years.
In late 2025, after an "interesting" couple of years which resulted in an examination of what was really inportant to me, I pivoted slightly and focussed exclusively on helping women escape the constraints of a corporate career and realising their full potential through successful business ownership.
